Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a school of Pharmacy program.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens exposure.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients, greets them and assists with products and services.
• Assists pharmacists in dispensing and pharmacy operations under supervision.
• Follows Walgreen Co. Pharmacy Code of Conduct and SOPs.
• Supports inventory management, stocking, and handling shipments.
• Completes training and stays updated on pharmacy policies and customer service best practices.
• Maintains accurate cash handling and assists customers to OTC products as needed.
• Reports prescription errors promptly and adheres to Quality Improvement procedures.
