Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hazardous and non-hazardous sterile compounding
• Pyxis refilling
• Investigational Drug Services
• Retail pharmacy dispensing
• Counseling patients
• Prepare, package and label medications accurately
• Handle charging and billing functions
• Operate CII safe and follow controlled substance procedures
• Maintain pyxis, emergency boxes and code trays documentation
• Monitor stock for expiration and remove outdates
• Medication reconciliation
• Deliver patient-specific medications to infusion or clinic areas
• Adhere to Washing State Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission regulations
