Job summary

Equitas Health Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Intern to assist the Pharmacy Manager and pharmacists in daily operations and to engage with medical providers to offer pharmaceutical information. You will transfer prescriptions under supervision and deliver superior customer service to patients and providers.

You will collaborate with the Equitas Health Medical Center team to optimize health outcomes, while marketing services to offices and the local community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED.
• Enrolled in an accredited Pharmacy program.
• Ohio pharmacy intern license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacists in daily operations.
• Engage with medical providers to provide pharmaceutical information.
• Transfer prescriptions in and out of the pharmacy under supervision.
• Provide superior customer service to patients and providers.
• Collaborate with Equitas Health Medical Center providers to optimize health outcomes.
• Market pharmacy services to medical offices and patients within the service area.
