• Responds to requests from IS Leadership, Pharmacy, Medical Staff, and Nursing to adjust the system per change management procedures.
• Maintains accurate formulary in collaboration with clinical Pharmacy staff.
• Builds clinical rules and alerts into the Pharmacy system.
• Sets formulary defaults to comply with Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee standards.
• Integrates technology into clinical workflow based on clinical practice insights.
• Develops and maintains manuals and FAQ files explaining Pharmacy information system functions.
