Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Pharmacist Informatics professional to act as a strategic partner for automation within pharmacy operations and clinical practice. This role drives data-driven decisions and manages the integration of medication management technology.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate projects, and ensure high-quality system delivery while maintaining on-call readiness. Based in the AZ campus, with a strong focus on patient care and innovation.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with Pharm.D. degree.
Completion of an accredited PGY2 pharmacy informatics residency; or PGY1 residency plus 2 years informatics experience; or 4 years informatics experience.
Proven history of teamwork and computer skills across software and data systems.

Responsibilities

Serve as strategic business partner to pharmacy operations and clinical practice for automation and technical solutions.
Participate in analysis, feasibility, selection, implementation, and maintenance of medication management IT and automation systems.
Manage and deliver medication-related data, information and knowledge; lead system integration with automation hardware and reporting.
Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate medication-use process projects; provide on-call support as needed.
