Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Staff Pharmacist (Clinical Applications Coordinator) to oversee clinical, medication, and charge capture within the pharmacy information system and electronic health record. The role focuses on pharmacology informatics, automation, and system optimization to support patient care in a hospital setting.

Required are 5+ years in pharmacy practice, an active unrestricted license in the U.S., and a PharmD or PharmD-equivalent.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of experience in pharmacy practice.
• Must maintain an active, unrestricted Pharmacy License in any U.S. State or Territory.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for clinical, medication, and charge capture aspects of the pharmacy information system and EHR.
• Develops and manages pharmacology informatics programs using automation and technology.
• Maintains and optimizes the facility drug file, EHR and RPMS.
• Designs user-friendly interfaces for clinical use and efficient navigation.
• Provides training to clinical staff on current software applications.
