Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center seeks an Informatics Pharmacist to bridge clinical pharmacy and healthcare technology, improving medication safety and optimizing workflows. You’ll support and integrate pharmacy software, automation, and EHR interfaces in partnership with IT and clinical teams.

The role covers CPOE, medication management systems, and data-driven quality initiatives, with responsibilities including education, formulary support, and leadership of pharmacy staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree.
• Licensed in Arizona or eligible for AZ licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy technology systems experience in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the pharmacy expert for information systems and technology.
• Support and optimize pharmacy software, automation, and EHR interfaces.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams on tech projects.
• Support CPOE, medication management, and inventory systems.
• Analyze data and generate reports for quality improvement and decision making.
• Provide education and training for pharmacy staff and users.
• Assist with formulary management and safe, cost-effective use.
• Deliver clinical pharmacist services and document care.
• Supervise pharmacy support staff and assist with competency.
