Job summary

FDIHB, Inc. seeks a Pharmacist Informatics Specialist to manage clinical, medication, and charge capture within the pharmacy information system, the integrated EHR, and RPMS for inpatient and outpatient settings at Navajo Nation facilities.

You will design, implement, and maintain automation to optimize pharmacy practices, evaluate health information systems for optimization of medication use, and provide ongoing training to clinical staff on applications and new features.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of pharmacy practice experience, including hospital setting experience.
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacy License in any U.S. state or territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical, medication, and charge capture within the pharmacy information system and EHR.
• Develop and manage a pharmacology informatics program using automation and technology.
• Maintain and optimize RPMS and the facility drug file and related systems.
• Design user-friendly interfaces and ensure logical navigation for clinical use.
• Evaluate and implement data systems supporting the pharmacy department.
• Provide training to clinical staff on software applications and new features.
• Troubleshoot RPMS/EHR issues with appropriate teams.
• Fulfills 80% admin/CAC duties and 20% clinical staffing.
