Job summary

Indian Health Service in Parker, AZ and Fort Duchesne, UT seeks a Pharmacist specializing in clinical informatics to lead the EHR implementation and ongoing management across sites. You will coordinate clinical packages and ensure data integrity while supporting pharmacy operations.

You will train providers, develop EHR-based protocols, and collaborate with applications coordinators to optimize documentation, data security, and patient care in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Pharmacy recognized by ACPE or equivalent.
• Licensed to practice pharmacy in a U.S. state or territory.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for the position.
• Selective Service Registration for males born after 1959.

Responsibilities

• Setup and maintenance of clinical software and new package implementations.
• Analyze information flow and liaise between service lines for data quality.
• Train providers and system users on new technology and documentation best practices.
• Develop treatment protocols and policies related to the EHR in collaboration with health professionals.
• Provide outpatient pharmaceutical support and patient counseling on regimens and storage.
