Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy School.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• NABP licensure eligibility within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient information into computer accurately and efficiently.
• Count and prepare prescribed products using company best practices.
• Fulfill prescriptions according to all applicable rules, regulations and laws.
• Follow the appropriate staging procedures.
• Maintain records on prescription volume.
• Perform production audits.
• Understand and adhere to shrink guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Create an environment where associates feel welcome and valued by clarifying roles and responsibilities.
• Interact with coworkers in a professional and positive manner.
• Reinforce safety programs by following procedures and reporting hazards.
• Inspect equipment and report repairs.
• Notify management of accidents, risks or illegal activity.
