Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Kentucky, a member of the Guardian family, is hiring a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician I in Lexington, KY. Under supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, you will fill prescriptions, label packaging, and help maintain inventory, contributing to high-quality, timely service for long-term care patients.

We offer on-the-job training, a family atmosphere, and competitive pay. Hours are Mon-Fri 9am-6pm and Sat 9am-1pm; pay range is $18–$24 per hour with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

1+ years of related experience (technical knowledge/skills may substitute).
Basic computer skills required.
Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines.

Responsibilities

Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and pulling appropriate prescriptions from inventory.
Apply labels to medication packaging, scan and assemble into appropriate bins in an accurate and timely manner.
Alert pharmacist on duty of any medication that is not scanning properly.
Maintain inventory and assist in physical inventory as needed.
