Job summary

PillPack, LLC is hiring a Pharmacy Technician in Miami, FL. You will drive between the physical pharmacy and remote kiosk locations, refill kiosks, and prepare orders for shipment while assisting pharmacists in dispensing.

This role blends on-site pharmacy work with field duties, requires an active pharmacy license, 21+ years old, and strong attention to detail. Flexible hours and shifts may extend beyond normal business hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy license or ability to obtain within required timeframe.
• Experience with computer and web-based tools (6+ months).

Responsibilities

• Drive between the physical pharmacy and remote kiosk locations using company vehicle.
• Refill kiosks with medication and paperwork, maintain the machines.
• Prepare inventory shipments for kiosk replenishment.
• Assist pharmacists in filling prescriptions as permitted by the state board of pharmacy.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant pharmacy environment.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure correct medication packing.
• Operate automated sorting and packaging machinery.
• Label and package medications for dispensing and delivery.
• Process pharmacy orders through workflow stages from dispense to QC.
• Count and label prescription vials.
• Pack and ship completed orders with proper labels.
• Sort and route boxes for timely shipping.
• Support process leads and staff pharmacists with receiving, shipping, counting, packing.
• Maintain equipment and work areas.
• Adhere to shifts that may extend beyond normal hours.
