Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy in Marietta, GA is seeking a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician I to join our team under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist. You will fill and package prescriptions accurately and timely for delivery to customers.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a pharmacy technician license/certification (PTCB preferred), and 1+ year of related experience. Monday–Friday 12pm–9pm with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (per state requirements).
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration (per state requirements); National Certification preferred (PTCB).

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and pulling appropriate prescriptions from inventory.
• Apply labels to medication packaging, scan and assemble into appropriate bins accurately.
• Alert pharmacist on duty of any medication that is not scanning properly.
• Participate in training to gain proficiency in other Fulfillment workflow areas.
• Communicate inventory needs to ensure adequate supply of medication to complete orders.
• Maintain inventory levels and handle expiring or unused meds; assist in physical inventory.
• Meet pharmacy’s established accuracy and productivity levels.
• Work with other teams to keep workflow moving smoothly.
• Keep workstation clean and orderly; replenish stock as needed.
• Comply with laws and policies pertaining to dispensing medications.
