Guardian Pharmacy Services is seeking a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician I in Gainesville, Virginia. Under supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, you will fill and package prescriptions accurately and timely for delivery to customers.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma, pharmacy technician credentials, and attention to detail in a fast-paced team environment. Key duties include verifying prescriptions, labeling, inventory management, and collaboration with pharmacists to ensure

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; pharmacy technician license/certification typically required by state.
• National Certification preferred (PTCB).
• 1+ years related experience; tech knowledge may substitute for experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to deliver to deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and pulling appropriate prescriptions from inventory.
• Apply labels to medication packaging, scan and assemble into appropriate bins.
• Alert pharmacist on duty of any medication that is not scanning properly.
• Assist in training and development activities to gain proficiency in other Fulfillment workflow areas.
• Communicate inventory needs to ensure adequate supply of medication.
