Job summary

Mercury Pharmacy Services is hiring a Fulfillment Assistant in Mountlake Terrace, WA. Under supervision of a Pharmacist, you will fill and package prescriptions for delivery, organize by patient name, and ensure accuracy and timely processing in a fast-paced environment.

Requires 1+ years of related experience, WA Pharmacy Assistant license, and basic computer skills. Weekend hours may be required; compensation includes benefits and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience (tech knowledge may substitute)
• Basic computer skills required

Responsibilities

• Assemble, sort, scan, and pack for delivery.
• Organize prescriptions by patient name and nurses' station.
• Verify information and fill prescriptions from inventory.
• Label medication packaging and scan into bins.
• Notify pharmacist of any scanning issues.
• Participate in training to gain proficiency in other Fulfillment areas.
• Communicate inventory needs to ensure adequate supply.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with supervisors to keep workflow smooth.
• Keep workstation clean and orderly.
• Restock medications as needed.
• Comply with local, state, and federal laws on dispensing medications.
