Job summary

Mercury Pharmacy Services, a Guardian Pharmacy, in Mountlake Terrace, WA, seeks a Fulfillment Assistant to join our growing team. Under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, you will fill and package prescriptions accurately for delivery.

You will assemble, label, and organize prescriptions, verify information, and manage packaging and inventory in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Competitive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience; technical skills may substitute for experience.
• WA State Pharmacy Assistant license required.
• High school diploma or GED is required per state rules.
• Basic computer skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, sort, scan, and pack prescriptions for delivery.
• Organize prescriptions by patient name and nurses' station.
• Verify information and fill prescriptions from inventory.
• Apply labels to packaging, scan, and bin accurately and on time.
• Alert pharmacist to any scanning issues and maintain accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workstation and manage stock replenishment.
• Comply with all laws, regulations, and policies governing dispensing.
