Chewy in Ocala, FL is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our Pharmacy Fulfillment Talent Acquisition team. You will be a full-cycle recruiter who sources quickly and creatively, while keeping candidate experience top of mind.

You’ll partner with hiring managers and manage high-volume, high-priority recruiting with urgency. You will execute recruiting plans, leverage social sourcing, campus recruiting, and reference checks, track metrics, and continuously improve the process.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruiting and sourcing experience - healthcare and pharmacy industries preferred.
• Successful track record of direct sourcing candidates.
• Expertise with outside recruiting resources including social recruiting.
• Experience with an ATS.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruiting and pipe-lining plans.
• Identify recruiting sources, assess new talent and develop innovative methods.
• Conduct independent sourcing via social recruiting, networking, job postings, cold calls, etc.
