Job summary

BlinkRx in Missouri is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for our onsite Chesterfield location. You will assist in unloading shipments, prepare prescription orders, and maintain inventory while working closely with pharmacists to ensure accurate dispensing and timely delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, MO license or eligibility, and prior experience in a pharmacy/fulfillment setting. Strong English skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Missouri Pharmacy Technician license in good standing or eligibility to obtain it.
• Prior experience in pharmacy tech, fulfillment center or warehouse preferred.
• Strong command of English and attention to detail in a high-volume setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate basic warehouse equipment.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments of medications, supplies, and packaging materials.
• Assist in the preparation of prescription orders, including workflow management, dispensing, and shipping.
• Maintain inventory storage, ordering, rotation and beyond use dating.
• Provide patient care to support programs and triage to a pharmacist when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage/work areas.
• Prepare and stage outgoing orders for delivery or shipment.
• Perform tasks safely and in compliance with policies and laws.
• Collaborate with management and pharmacists.
• Complete special assignments as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws
• Work collaboratively with the management team and pharmacists
• Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Preferred: Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Missouri (in good standing and unrestricted), or eligibility to obtain it
• Prior experience as a pharmacy technician, fulfillment center or warehouse is preferred
• Strong command of the English language
• Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move inventory materials (up to 50 lbs) and operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, barcode scanners).
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods, including standing and walking for up to 10 hours per shift.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Proven ability to learn complex new software and technologies

Location/Hours

• Onsite, 400 S Woods Mill Rd, Chesterfield, MO
• Full time, 40 hrs/week, 5 8hr or 4 10hr shifts
• Available shifts: (1) Wed-Sat 10 hr shifts 7am-5pm; (2) Mon- Fri, 8hr shift 12-8pm
