Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Healthcare accounting/finance experience preferred.
• Proven track record in fiscal performance leadership and achieving benchmarks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and financial leadership skills.
• Self-directed and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain responsibility for financial monitoring, budgets, and performance indicators.
• Develop operational and capital budgets in collaboration with department leaders.
• Identify cost savings opportunities, including 340B considerations.
• Provide analyses for revenue enhancement and expense control.
