Job summary

This role partners with the Director of Pharmacy Operations and Support Services to develop strategic and financial plans, oversee the pharmacy budget, charge master, and 340B program responsibilities.

You will analyze financial data, prepare executive summaries, and coordinate with Pharmacy Managers, 340B Analysts, and Purchasers to optimize cost efficiency and revenue cycle.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher required.
• 3–5 years experience in business management.
• Experience in a similar pharmacy business role preferred.
• Experience with 340B program management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy financial activities including budgets and reports.
• Oversee 340B program compliance and audits.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Leaders on revenue cycle and contracts.
