Job summary

Nemours operates a Pharmacy Leadership role in Orlando, FL, seeking a Pharmacy Business Manager to partner with senior leaders and develop strategic, operating and financial plans aligned with the Enterprise Mission.

The role oversees all pharmacy financial activities, including budgets, financial reporting, 340B compliance, and the charge master, while collaborating with Pharmacy Managers and 340B Compliance to optimize cost control and revenue performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher is required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• Experience with budgeting, billing and fiscal management is essential.
• Pharmacy 340B program management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and ensures compliance with the 340B drug discount program.
• Oversees daily financial operations including interdepartmental billing, charging, and AP/AR for Inpatient, Outpatient and Investigational Pharmacy.
• Develops and monitors operational and capital budgets, including revenue, expenses and margins.
