Job summary

Nemours Children's Health in Orlando, FL seeks a Pharmacy Business Manager to lead financial planning for the Pharmacy Department, including budgets, reporting, and 340B management.

This role partners with the Director of Pharmacy Operations to optimize revenue and costs, oversee charge master accuracy, and support strategic initiatives across inpatient, outpatient, and investigational areas.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or higher required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in a similar role.
• Business management experience in healthcare/pharmacy preferred.
• Working knowledge of billing, budgeting, and fiscal management.
• Experience with 340B program management and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, evaluate, coordinate, administer, implement and review all pharmacy financial activities.
• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and statistics for the Pharmacy Department.
• Analyze financial benchmark data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy charge master and charge capture for revenue cycle.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Managers and 340B team on financial contracts and initiatives.
• Lead education and guidance on business processes and financial systems.
