Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekend hours.
• Preferred six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior Walgreens experience is preferred.
• Good math, computer skills, and knowledge of inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with checkout on assigned register.
• Assist pharmacists under supervision with prescription processing.
• Provide courteous, friendly service and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain clean, organized counters and shelves; restock as needed.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and cash handling duties.
• Support pharmacy operations including inventory and claims processing.
