Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing and processing prescriptions with accuracy.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Register customer purchases, provide courteous checkout service, and handle returns/exchanges as needed.
• Maintain counters and shelves, assist with inventory, and ensure store merchandise is well displayed.
• Provide customer service in person and over the phone, answer questions and resolve issues.
• Support Pharmacy Department on inventory management and workflow coordination.
