Walgreens in Valdosta, GA is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist pharmacists, process prescriptions, and deliver excellent customer service. You will engage customers, handle checkout, and support pharmacy operations on busy days.

The role requires English fluency, willingness to work evenings/weekends, and attention to detail in medication handling. Prior retail experience is a plus; training and certification are emphasized.

Competenze

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.

Mansioni

• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing and uses pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information.
• Provides customer service in photo area and handles web pick-up responsibilities.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised, checks in and prices merchandise.
• Reports prescription errors to pharmacist and adheres to company policies.
• Assists with inventory management and ordering of pharmaceuticals.
