Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required and pharmacy licensure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to design and implement pharmacy initiatives that enhance patient care, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable cost savings.
• Conduct assessments of pharmacy and medication-management programs across health systems and clinics with evidence-based recommendations.
• Develop strategic operating plans using industry benchmarks to improve value and service excellence.
• Develop project work plans and provide hands-on implementation support to meet objectives.
• Support development and delivery of new or enhanced pharmacy services, products and solutions.
