Wilkes University invites applicants to apply for the Coordinator of Enrollment and Student Success position in the Nesbitt School of Pharmacy (NSoP).

The NSoP's mission is "To educate and develop highly qualified professionals and notably contribute to the ever-changing science and practice of pharmacy." This position will directly support this mission by assisting with recruiting a highly qualified applicant pool and supporting student success initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required with minimum three years of professional work experience.
• Experience in higher education preferred.
• Organized with ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient with technology and quick to learn new programs.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends and travel for recruitment events.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Mansioni

• Represent NSoP to candidates for the Pre-Pharmacy Guaranteed Seat and Pharm.D. programs.
• Assist with recruitment, enrollment, and marketing activities for PPGS and Pharm.D.
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications, Admissions, Financial Aid, and Registrar offices.
• Collect and maintain academic and non-academic data.
• Prepare, distribute, and collect enrollment and academic documents.
• Report data for ACPE accreditation surveys and reports.
• Lead PPGS and Pharm.D. applicants through matriculation.
• Provide advisory support to student pharmacists during transitions into Pharm.D.
• Provide leadership for First-Year Student Pharmacist Peer Mentors.
• Contribute to programs that promote engagement and belonging; monitor metrics.
• Plan and coordinate NSoP events (Hooding, White Coat, interviews, orientations, camps).
• Manage budget related to scholarships and events.
• Provide executive administrative support for Associate Dean.
