Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver medications and supplies to homes, facilities, clinics, and other locations.
• Maintain chain of custody and protect patient privacy during transport.
• Verify delivery destination, obtain signatures, and handle exceptions per procedure.
• Communicate arrival times and provide professional customer service; escalate clinical questions.
• Follow safety, HIPAA, and regulatory procedures; perform basic paperwork as needed.
