Job summary

Northeast Missouri Health Council is seeking a Part-Time Pharmacy Delivery Driver in Kirksville, MO. You will assist the pharmacist and technicians with packaging and delivering prescriptions and supplies to clinics and patients’ homes, while adhering to regulations.

Responsibilities include operating a vehicle, triaging pharmacy calls, handling payments, and maintaining a mileage log. Must have a valid driver’s license and work well independently or as part of a team.

Part-Time Pharmacy Delivery Driver

The qualified candidate will assist the Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technicians with packaging and delivering completed prescriptions and supplies to clinics and directly to patients' homes, while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities include operating a vehicle, helping triage phone calls into the pharmacy department, running the register to check out prescriptions, accepting patient payments, maintaining a mileage log, and ensuring proper drug security and chain of custody.

The successful candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have a valid drivers license.
