• Schedule deliveries based on patient needs and confirm medication effectiveness, adverse events, and allergy/medication profiles.
• Gather refill information to support timely delivery through Reliance Rx.
• Communicate with patients and healthcare providers to coordinate deliveries.
• Document patient information and escalate adverse events for pharmacy review.
• Discuss copays, secure payment authorization, and assist with financial arrangements.
• Maintain patient records, documentation, and filing.
• Support delivery scheduling and copay collection; collaborate across departments.
