Job summary

Omnicare Pharmacy in Prattville, AL is seeking a Delivery Driver to responsibly deliver prescription orders and other items to long-term care facilities and patients. You will follow a predetermined route, maintain patient confidentiality, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Geographical knowledge of the service area.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Current, valid driver’s license for the vehicle operation.
• Ability to drive for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate delivery of medication, equipment, products and supplies to long-term care facilities or patients' homes.
• Load products/materials and maintain vehicle and regulation compliance.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA standards; deliver with a customer-service mindset.
