C2Q Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Data and Reporting Analyst to collect, analyze, and report on pharmacy claims and clinical program data. The role develops recurring and ad hoc reports, monitors drug utilization and cost trends, and supports CMS Part D, NYSDOH, and OMIG reporting requirements.

Strong data analytics skills with PBM data knowledge are essential. The analyst will translate complex datasets into actionable insights for clinical, financial, and regulatory decision-making,

Formación

• 3–5 years of healthcare data analytics experience.
• Proficiency in SAS and SQL.
• Experience with pharmacy claims and regulatory reporting.
• Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze pharmacy claims data from PBM and internal data warehouses to support reporting needs.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and pivot analyses using Excel/SQL.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly utilization, cost, and trend reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Validate data quality across pharmacy claims platforms and the EDW; resolve discrepancies.
