FARMAKEIO is seeking a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician in Texas to accurately enter patient and prescription information into the pharmacy system, report to the Pharmacist in Charge, and help ensure patient safety and precise records.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, coordination with pharmacists, and adherence to regulatory standards to support tailored therapies and efficient pharmacy operations.

Formación

• Must hold a current NationalPTCB certification and be a licensed pharmacy technician in Texas.
• Prefer at least 2 years of experience in a compounding pharmacy environment (503A).
• Proven verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, practitioners, and team members.
• Superior customer service and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations, USP standards, and cGMP principles is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Entering Patient and Prescription Information: Accurately inputting new and refill prescription details, including drug names, dosages, and patient demographics.
• Processing Insurance Claims: Submitting prescription claims to insurance companies and resolving rejections or billing issues.
• Maintaining Patient Profiles: Updating and managing patient information to ensure current records and prevent adverse interactions.
• Collaborating with Pharmacists: Working with pharmacists and staff to address data discrepancies and assist with inventory management.
