Job summary

FARMAKEIO is seeking a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician in Dallas to accurately enter patient and prescription details into the pharmacy computer system. You will report to the Pharmacist in Charge, supporting patient safety and precise records across operations.

This role rewards meticulous data entry, collaboration with pharmacists, and compliance with FDA and USP standards. Hours are 8:00-5:00, Monday to Friday, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current NationalPTCB certification.
• Licensed pharmacy technician in the State of Texas.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Entering Patient and Prescription Information: Accurately inputting new and refill prescription details, including drug names, dosages, and patient demographics.
• Processing Insurance Claims: Submitting prescription claims to insurance companies and resolving any rejections or billing issues.
• Maintaining Patient Profiles: Updating and managing patient information to ensure up-to-date records.
• Collaborating with Pharmacists: Working with pharmacists to address data discrepancies and assist with inventory management.
