Job summary

Guardian Mid-South Pharmacy in Bartlett, TN is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to enter and process prescriptions, triage faxes, verify dosages, and support patient care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification (PTCB preferred).
• 2+ years of related experience; advanced computer skills and pharmacy systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter new and refill prescriptions into the operating system accurately and timely.
• Triage incoming fax prescriptions to ensure timely dispensing.
• Calculate and verify correct dosage; communicate with customers by phone.
• Maintain notes in computer and cycle fill coding; support other duties as needed.
