Responsibilities

• Triage incoming fax prescriptions for timely dispensing.
• Verify dosage calculations and proper notes.
• Handle calls from customers with care and route to appropriate teams.
• Maintain and update data entry records for cycle medications.
• Assist with filing, packaging, inventory as needed.
