Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration; National Certification preferred (PTCB).
• 2+ years of related experience; advanced computer skills and pharmacy systems experience.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Enter new and refill prescriptions into the operating system accurately and timely.
• Triage incoming fax prescriptions for timely dispensing.
• Document notes and cycle fill coding correctly.
• Calculate and verify correct dosages.
• Respond to customer calls with care and courtesy.
