Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; AS degree preferred.
• Pharmacy experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of medications and physician orders is beneficial.
• Familiar with basic computer and data entry.
• Pre-employment and/or random drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and problem resolution to assigned facilities.
• Enter patient profiles and medication data accurately.
• Maintain accurate information for patients and facilities.
• Handle billing and crediting for each facility monthly.
• Maintain reasonable production as directed by supervisor.
• Possibly travel to patient homes for meetings or drug exchanges.
• Assist in orienting and training new employees.
• Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
