Job summary

You will support billing, handle third-party claims, and provide customer service to facilities. Some travel to homes for meetings or drug exchanges may be required. High school diploma required; AS degree preferred; 3–6 months pharmacy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• AS degree or higher in business administration or related field preferred.
• 3–6 months pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Hospital or retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• General computer and keyboarding skills.
• Pre-employment and/or random drug screening tests may be required.

Responsibilities

• Enter medication orders for facilities accurately.
• Ensure Third Party claims are billed properly.
• Provide customer service and problem resolution to facilities.
• Maintain accurate patient profiles and medication data.
• Handle billing and crediting for each facility monthly.
