Job summary

Myers and Stauffer LC in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a data analyst focused on pharmacy data to support rate calculations, fiscal modeling and audits for health plans.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team across offices, ensure data quality, and maintain PHI security while delivering clear analyses and dashboards. Bachelor\'s degree required; travel up to 10%; strong Excel/SQL skills; PBM/health plan experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, health policy, health information, criminal justice or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calculation of rates and fiscal modeling based on pharmacy data.
• Assist on pharmacy related performance audits of health plans.
• Assist on pharmacy benefit manager audits and claims audits.
• Assist in the development of criteria and creation of programs with the program design team used to analyze pharmacy claims data.
• Perform quality reviews of the data output.
• Analyze data output and interpret results.
• Manipulate and format data for ease of use by team members and clients.
• Interface with multi-disciplinary team in multiple office locations.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of all protected health information when analyzing material.
• Maintain thorough electronic documentation.
