Forum Extended Care Services in Illinois is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for the Northern IL Pharmacy—Chicago location. This full-time role operates on a 3rd shift from 9:00 pm to 5:30 am, with an hourly rate of $17.25–$21.00, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include accurate dispensing, labeling, and packaging for long-term care residents. Required are an unencumbered Illinois Pharmacy Technician license (LPhT/CPhT) and 1–2 years of experience, plus strong math and communication

Qualifications

• Licensed Illinois Pharmacy Technician (LPhT/CPhT).
• 1–2 years pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong math and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately retrieve, count, measure, prepare, package, and label medications.
• Operate and maintain dispensing equipment and packaging technology.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and patient protocols.
• Assist in inventory management and supplies for work stations.
