Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused team member to support pharmacy operations and in-store services. You will assist pharmacists, process prescriptions, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience for every customer.

Responsibilities include cashier duties, inventory upkeep, and effective communication with customers to resolve questions while maintaining store standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurately filling prescriptions.

Responsibilities

• Register sales on assigned cash register and provide courteous checkout service.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision with processing prescriptions.
• Greet and assist customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain clean and well-merchandised counters and shelves.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds; manage inventory and pricing.
