Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused team member to support daily store operations and assist the pharmacist under supervision. You will greet customers, handle checkout, and help locate products while maintaining accurate records and inventory.

This role includes assisting with prescriptions, cashier duties, and photo services in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is preferred, with prior retail or Walgreens experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, efficient checkout service.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision with processing prescriptions.
• Maintain clean and well merchandised counters and shelves.
• Handle returns, exchanges, rain checks, and voids as needed.
• Provide customer service in person and in the photo area; assist with web pickups.
• Support Pharmacy Department inventory management and shipping receipts.
