Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused team member to support both the front-end and pharmacy operations. You will greet customers, assist with product inquiries, and help ensure an accurate and efficient checkout experience.

Under supervision, you will aid pharmacists, enter prescription data, and support daily pharmacy tasks while maintaining compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly checkout service at the cash register.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision and enter patient and drug information.
• Process prescriptions and check for potential drug interactions.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and store merchandising duties.
• Support Pharmacy Department on inventory and daily operations.
