Job summary

Qualifications

• PTCB certification or state-required certification/registration.
• Ability to assist pharmacists under supervision and follow policies.
• Proven customer service experience in fast-paced retail/pharmacy settings.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on the cash register and processes transactions accurately.
• Assists the pharmacist by entering patient and drug information in pharmacy systems.
• Maintains inventory, clean and merchandised shelves, and follows QA procedures.
• Provides customer service in-store and in the photo area, with a friendly attitude.
• Handles calls to physicians and supports prescription processing and claims.
