Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member to deliver a distinctive customer experience while supporting pharmacy operations. You will assist customers at the register, help with products, and support pharmacists in processing prescriptions under supervision.

Responsibilities include using pharmacy systems, entering patient data, and ensuring accurate dispensing. A flexible schedule and prior retail experience are preferred, with emphasis on customer service and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately.
• Prefer good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to create a positive experience.
• Provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in processing prescriptions and obtaining patient and drug information via pharmacy systems.
• Enter patient and drug information and verify prescription details.
• Maintain store counters, shelves, and inventory; assist with pharmacy workflow and medication dispensing.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and uphold quality standards.
