Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused associate to greet customers, answer questions, and help with product selection. You will ring up purchases, process returns, and maintain clean, well‑stocked shelves while supporting the pharmacy team with accurate data entry and dispensing assistance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking is required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Preferred math skills for accurate prescription counting, measuring, and weighing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Handle cash register transactions, process payments, returns, and exchanges; guide customers to items and services.
• Maintain clean, organized counters and merchandise, check in/pricing, and restock as directed.
• Assist pharmacy team by entering patient and drug information, supporting workflow, and ensuring accuracy of dispensing operations.
• Support inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and documenting shortages or overages.
