Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales, provide courteous checkout service, and assist customers proactively.
3. Assist pharmacists under supervision, using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and obtain patient and drug information.
4. Engage customers, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
5. Recommends products, handles transactions, manages inventory, and maintains store cleanliness.
6. Support pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, inventory management, and compliance with regulations.
7. Provide customer service in the photo area and handle web pick-up orders.
8. Maintain store appearance and adhere to company policies.
9. Complete training, maintain certification, and stay updated on healthcare developments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: experience in retail, pharmacy, good math and computer skills, PTCB certification.

Additional Details

• Employment type: Full-time
• Salary: $16.50 - $18/hour
