Responsibilities
- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Register sales, provide courteous checkout service, and assist customers proactively.
- Assist pharmacists under supervision, using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and obtain patient and drug information.
- Engage customers, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
- Recommends products, handles transactions, manages inventory, and maintains store cleanliness.
- Support pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, inventory management, and compliance with regulations.
- Provide customer service in the photo area and handle web pick-up orders.
- Maintain store appearance and adhere to company policies.
- Complete training, maintain certification, and stay updated on healthcare developments.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Preferred: experience in retail, pharmacy, good math and computer skills, PTCB certification.
