Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Assist the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practices, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
4. Engage customers by greeting and assisting them, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
5. Recommend products, handle transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and support inventory management.
6. Support pharmacy operations, including entering patient data, filling prescriptions, verifying medications, and adhering to legal and safety standards.
7. Participate in training and personal development, including maintaining PTCB certification and acquiring necessary knowledge in healthcare and pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
