Responsibilities include:

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales, provide courteous checkout service, and assist the pharmacist in pharmacy practices under supervision, including using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.
3. Engage customers, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
4. Provide fast, friendly service, recommend products, handle transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and support inventory management.
5. Assist with pharmacy duties such as entering patient info, filling prescriptions, verifying medicines, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
6. Support store operations, including displays, stock management, and customer service in various areas.
7. Participate in training to maintain PTCB certification and stay updated on healthcare developments.

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, PTCB certification.
